The Recruitment Consultant should manage Recruitment activities for Clients across India.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be involved in recruitment for Clients at Pan India level which will be from various industries.
• Candidates should have industrial knowledge of different sectors.
• Candidate should able to understand client needs by understanding the Job Description provided by the client.
• Candidate should be well verse with different job portals and other modes which are used to create talent pool as per the job description.
• Candidates Should have skills to screen the candidates properly as per the need of the client.
• Candidate should have 1 to 8 years of prior experience into recruitment and client management.
