Strategic Account Manager should manage Business Operation activities of eXpertscan Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Client Acquisition, Client Management, Recruitment and Recruitment team handling.
  • Seeking opportunities for business growth within a defined sector (Preferably for IT & Non IT i.e. Manufacturing, Engineering, Service sector, Hospitality, healthcare, ITES, Real estate, Retail or e-commerce Banking Etc.
  • Responsible for heading up expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients of HR services.
  • Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current revenue.
  • Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements for HR Services.
  • You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting business growth.
  • Representing company on different platforms like HR conferences, conclaves across India and abroad.
  • Assisting top management in business expansion & boosting profitability for HR services.
  • Conducting research on upcoming industries and existing industry on their hiring trends.
  • Doing business presentations to the prospective clients for HR services.
  • Maintaining professional relations with the existing and prospective clients.
  • Conducting marketing activities for branding purpose.
  • Arranging and taking part in high value business.
  • Assisting in developing new business lines of the company.
  • Assisting management in cross border business expansion and taking care of cross border alliances.
  • Get involved in client delivery, customer service by taking care of recruiting people as per the client need.
